TEC offers a range of programmes to meet the specific needs of chief executives and senior managers.
The TEC CEO Programme is our flagship programme, helping chief executives and their companies perform at higher levels through better decisions and a dedication to growth and change. Working together with their peers, TEC members share knowledge and uncover opportunities, strategies and tactics that lead to continuous improvement for themselves and their companies.
The Key Executive Programme, for senior managers and direct reports of CEOs. It includes a full-day meeting each month to help members build their skills and become more effective change agents in their companies.
The Emerging Entrepreneur Programme, for chief executives and business leaders of smaller businesses, harnesses the energy of peer power to provide an unrivaled forum for personal and professional growth. In groups of up to 16 of their peers, EE members engage in candid discussions under the facilitation of a highly trained TEC Chair.
The Executive Assistant Programme: It is logical that if the CEO is learning and growing then the PA should also have this opportunity. After all, the CEO and the PA are a team. Since the mission at TEC is 'to increase the effectiveness and enhance the lives of CEO's' then the Executive Support Group's mission is also to help the CEO's Assistant learn, grow and be a better PA.
