The Key Executive Programme, for senior managers and direct reports of CEOs. It includes a full-day meeting each month to help members build their skills and become more effective change agents in their companies.
Designed to meet the needs of smaller companies, TEC for Emerging Entrepreneurs has all the features of TEC but for a smaller time commitment. The groups meet monthly for half a day, the group Chair meets individually with each member on a bi-monthly basis and expert speakers address the group five times a year.
